relaxing stay near the ocean
lush greenery beautiful palm direct access
the hotel has beautiful landscaping with white sand and palm trees i found direct beach access. the restaurant is upstairs i reminded me of i was eating in a posh tree house. breakfast included many options and was rich.
the employees at the reception were often overwhelmed i thought they were unreliable regarding shuttle pick-up times.

The staff were excellent i saw they were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. the personnel worked diligently with appropriate respect. the smiling staff created a very pleasant atmosphere.
